For our little visitors so popular ....
::: Cakes "cooked" specially for them:::

wholesale translation:
* A box of gelatin (1 oz) knox = (4 bags of 1 / 4 oz)
* 6 cups of mixed birdseed
* Non-stick coating (Pam style)
Combine 3 envelopes of gelatin with 2 tablespoons tea with cold water.
Let stand 1 minute.
Then add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Gradually add 6 cups of seeds, mix well. Press
strongly in this combination mussels previously sprayed with nonstick coating.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Part
a bit more complex: the stripping,,,, I forgot my coat of nonstick pans so the release was more difficult. With a spatula and a slight dip in a hot water bath,,,, I made it,,, probably in coating molds as mentioned the release would have been easier;)
To pause, to think through a Straw cake before refrigerating or pass a rope when you put them in a mold.
But all things considered, I think we've made happy;)
