As it seemed likely the signature can not be dated August 1 because the time was too short for the bank.
Theoretically August 9 remains possible, practically I still do not know because the bank expects the agreement of the insurance ...
We tweaked the latest talking points for the closing, this time we are ready.
So more than ever in the starting blocks, we expect the assignor and I confirmed the bank!
PS The MDC team is also back out the last of July machine (with a priori four days behind the schedule which is very good considering the workload) .
August looks set fair (not time but whatever) and September as well. How long this will last but I do not know until I take this opportunity!
